Rules and regulations for guests staying at AdriatiCoast Holiday Apartments

We warmly welcome you to our cottages and wish you a pleasant stay. We would be grateful if you would abide by the rules contained in these regulations, which are intended to ensure the peace and safety of our guests.

Reservation of stay can be made in person, by phone, email, via our social media or the online booking system on our website.

A deposit of 20% of the value of the stay is charged for bookings and must be paid within 48 hours of booking. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. The remaining amount due, together with the deposit and the cleaning fee, is paid no later than 3 days before arrival. The deposit is € 100 and is refunded on the day of departure after the cleaning team has checked the condition of the cottage and established that there are no defects. An additional fee of € 100 is added once to the booking to cover the final cleaning costs.

1. Amount for the entire stay is payable 3 days before arrival at the latest.
2. Daily starts at 16:00 and ends at hrs. 10:00.
3. If you decide to interruption of stay in Dalmatian Dream or Blue Horizon facilities earlier, you are not entitled to a refund of the amount paid or a reduction in the price of the service for the unused period.
4. The guest is obliged to observance of order in force on the premises and farmyard and use them for their intended purpose (plants, equipment).
5. Guests are required to strictly comply with fire regulations and rules. 
6. The following applies in the cottages an absolute ban on smoking and similar products.
   Smoking only possible in the open air. In the event of a breach of the smoking ban in the cottages, we charge a fee of PLN 2,000 (cleaning, cleaning, laundry) and the cost of calling the fire brigade.
7. Persons unregistered at Dalmatian Dream or Blue Horizon may only stay on the premises with the prior permission of the hosts.
8. Please not disturbing the peaceful stay of other guests, as well as to neighbours.
9. When leaving the cottages, we ask you to switch off appliances that use electricity (lights, televisions) and to lock the front door.
10. Parking located next to the facilities is free, unguarded.
11. Pets are not accepted. In the event of a breach of the ban, we will charge a fee of PLN 2,000 to cover any damage (scratches, cleaning the interior from hair).
12. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to guests' property.
13. In case of urgent need first aid kit can be found in the first upper kitchen shelf on the right in both cottages.
14. The cottages include swimming pool and slidewhich are objects unguarded, therefore children may only use the above mentioned facilities in the presence and under the supervision of their parents or guardians, who bear full responsibility for the children.
15. Being in swimming pool under the influence of alcohol or other drugs is prohibited for safety reasons.
16. Use of the swimming pool and slide takes place at your own risk. The owners of AdriatiCoast Holiday Apartments accept no responsibility for injuries resulting from the use of the above facilities.
17. The cottages are equipped with air conditioners. It is possible to adjust the temperature in the rooms by remote control.
18. Guests of AdriatiCoast Holiday Apartments are invited to not to walk around the Dalmatian Dream and Blue Horizon cottages in shoes, especially high-heeled shoes.
19. Guests of the AdriatiCoast Holiday Apartments pono material liability for any damage, loss or destruction of furnishings and technical equipment caused by them or their visitors. Guests should notify their hosts of any damage as soon as it is discovered.
20. Guests are liable for damages caused by children in their care.
21. Hosts AdriatiCoast Holiday Apartments shall not be liable for temporary inconveniences caused by independent suppliers, e.g. temporary power, Internet or TV outages.
22. The hosts of AdriatiCoast Holiday Apartments reserve the right to right to refuse to provide further service services to persons behaving aggressively, and in the event of a drastic breach of the rules and regulations by guests, without refunding the fees previously paid.
23. The swimming pool is in operation from 1 May to 30 September. and its use is free of charge for Dalmatian Dream and Blue Horizon guests.
24. Due to the family-oriented nature of the area in which the facilities are located, we do not accept groups for stag and hen parties.
25. Terms and conditions AdriatiCoast Holiday Apartments shall be made known to visitors by posting on the website adriaticoast.com and by individual acquaintance of the visitor.
26. In the event of difficulties of interpretation, the Polish text of this trilingual agreement shall be binding.

Booking

1. Making a reservation is possible in person, by telephone, email, via our social media or website adriaticoast.com.
2. A deposit of 20% of the value of the stay must be paid within 48 hours of booking by transfer to the above bank account. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
3. The balance due, including deposit and cleaning fee, is payable at least 3 days before arrival. The deposit is € 100 and is refunded on the day of departure after the cleaning team has checked the condition of the cottage and found no faults. An additional fee of € 100 is added once to the booking to cover the final cleaning costs.
4. Making a booking, the reserving party agrees to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of making the reservation and fulfilling the registration obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997. The booker has the right to inspect and update his/her personal data.
5. The same cancellation and complaint policy applies to online bookings as to bookings made in other forms.

Resignation

1. Cancellation of a booking at any time before the arrival date will result in a charge to the booker, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total value of the
